    I figured I would give you guys a little update on what I've been doing for the past month, and I will just post it all here. Check them all out!

A buddy of mine along time ago made this, and his hard-drive got messed up, so I was the only person with the file. It's pretty old, I would have uploaded it along time ago, but during that time YouTube was under the "if you have copyrighted music we mute the video!" So now it just list the song at the bottom. and doesn't get muted!

Now for the upcoming stuff. I know I don't complete my projects most of the time due to laziness and /done. 

But Forza 4 is coming out really soon so I will be making at least one video of it, expect that. If you know me and I don't do it, call me and just yell at me for it.

The lightsaber hilt is still not done. If I get it done, the first thing will be posting it here.

I made my first AI (Artificial intelligence) in Crysis Engine 3! It's scary buggy, once I get the bugs out I'll do a quick video.

Whats New?

Hello!

   I haven't posted on my blog in awhile, I've been hiding in Africa from a hairy beast. But have been working on a few things, done some activities and ready for 2 things. One, Battlefield 3, and Two, Forza 4....What?

Okay Bboy, what have you really been doing that isn't BS? Well I just finished making a Forza 3 Machinima video right here. My Cousin and I worked on this for over a week, and we can say we are proud of it. Our first try at a Machinima. I think we did good for what resources we had.

Is that is Bboy? Nope! I've been messing around with CryEngine 3, very fun to make maps with.

When comparing it with Unreal Development Kit (Unreal Engine), they are about the same, but in my opinion, UDK is more for advanced and dedicated developers. I think you can do a lot of really cool things with UDK, but you have to know what you're doing, otherwise it will take awhile for what you want to do.

CryEngine 3 is very fun to play around with, specially when you've played with UDK and Source SDK (Half-Life 2 is made with Source SDK), once you know the basics of development kits CryEngine is point, click, and drag, but can create some serious stuff! CryEngine starts you off with what name you want your level to be, how big, and then done. Once it generates the map, first thing you see is ocean and a 3D Grid that's really cool looking! Here is a screen shot of what I made in less than a day!

The terrain editor is super simple, adding models is like your average Joe, and Vegetation you can see in the back is pick, and spray.

Review: 

If you want a good headset that also works for the Xbox 360 this is the headset! For 60 Dollars, you are getting a PC and 360 Headset. With the 40mm cushions the comfort is great! No pain in my ears after wearing it for 6 hours. 

The Ear-force X11 has a Mic monitor that lets you hear what you're saying, so if your not sure if you speaking loud enough this is great! 

USB Powered so you it uses it's own sound board. 
The bass boost is pretty good, I tested it out on YouTube, and I notice it when I max the volume. The Surround is just excellent, you notice the little detail sounds sometimes that you wouldn't regularly notice in a basic headset or speakers. My Cousin and I can say that this headset CAN get loud! 
I haven't tested out the Mic and Game Volume control yet since I do not have Xbox Live right now, but I'm sure it works do to the separate wire you get that connects to your Xbox controller. 


So in conclusion, this headset is great for the price if you want a little bit of performance and also if you want it as a Xbox 360 or PC Headset. 

I give this headset a 9 of 10 Stars!

Unreal Development Kit is easy as pie! I am still using it and haven't even thought of quitting! Also I started using Autodesk Maya Student's Edition so I can work on modeling and mostly animating.

Yeah, I haven’t written nothing lately…. Probably because I have no projects, no new games, don’t have Archery League anymore. Not done blogging yet!

How was the Archery League? It, is, FUN! Three Hours of Basic Math, Pulling, and going Cross Eyed. I did Pretty good for the first week and can't wait till this coming Friday!

Taking 3D Modeling on Blender

Yes, I am trying to learn 3D Modeling, I just did Day 1 yesterday, and I didn't want to post it the first day because in case if I did bail on learning it.

1st Day, The Blender Manual told me to make a gingerbread man using the follow steps, and the steps would teach me various things, well after I got done with making the gingerbread man I got this...






The reason why I am taking up 3D Modeling is because I can use this for Animation, Making Games, Editing Videos, Photoshop, stuff like that. And what I have learned so far in Blender is that it's SO SHORTCUTIN!!!

Back to what I was going to say.

   I will be joining an Archery League this Season, so I will posting a lot about what is going on with that, Pictures too. I'm actually excited! This will be my first ever Archery League that I have ever done! My father had done these 30 years ago and won many trophies and even became State Champion of Missouri One year. So it will be a lot of fun.

Inception & Wallstreet Movie Review

Hello Ladies and Gentlemen,

    So this is my first movie review in this blog, but I just got done watching the two films tonight and I must say they were both good! First off, Wallstreet. I was a Okay movie, I does tell you what is going on currently with Wallstreet these days, and the Storyline that was in the movie was a twist, and the ending was... Well many things were Answered. But this movie was a Okay movie and I suggest renting the movie if you haven't seen it.

   Inception, actually this movie was Great in my book, and a very "Darn!" Moment in the ending. I can't explain this movie entirely but I did enjoy this movie, this I suggest to Rent or Buy either way I think if someone were to buy the film and watch it a couple of times you would probably know what is going on for some people.

   Two good movies and enjoyed both of them.

   Time for what is going on in my Journey. "Awwwwww!" Yeah I know the boring stuff. So what has been going on with me lately, well I didn't even touch the Lightsaber... OKAY SORRY! I said that I would be cutting it this weekend (I still might) but this last cutting process is slightly difficult to cut because of so much you have to cut on one small piece. Once that is done, everything else is easy.  But that's all I have for today, stayed tuned for more of, Bboy's Journey!

Looks like Bboy gets to do some...

Hello Folks!

   It's time to do some.... HTML. Yes, this blog will start to change this week, adding Pages, Like Button, Tweet Button, Fireworks PNG Header. All of this soon to come, not today, not tomorrow but sometime this month, or next month. Lightsaber will be finished being cut with the Dremel on Friday, then the Black Vinyl Rubber will be placed the next day. I'm still not sure what to put on the Bottom of the Lightsaber Hilt but I will find something. Once this Lightsaber is Finished I will post Pictures of it, and send it to Facebook, and this blog. I will probably call this one "Prototype Alpha" Since this is the First Lightsaber Hilt I have EVER done, pretty excited. Also, it will be placed in a Display Case Which will be the easiest part of the process.

   I will try to make YouTube Videos again soon, probably more FX, and even some serious short films. Light is not on my side recently, I do most of my videos during 4-6 PM, but since winter is on us we lose daylight fast during that time. Summer time is probably the best time to film since no school work is going on then and I have all the light I want during then.

Don't Shoot! I know I haven't posted for awhile.

I just wanted to let you guys know that this week, I will be finishing the Lightsaber Hilt that I've been 10% working on and 90% idling on for the past 8 months, I will post Pictures of the Lightsaber Hilt.

I've been trying to post more YouTube videos but something is holding me back, probably because I have this  brain block that is going threw my head recently. I can't think of anymore ideas (Except for two!) And wanted to wait till spring time but I think we our going to have a mild winter for the rest of the season in Missouri.

I will not give up on this blog! I might not post for awhile due to nothing happening, vacation, or plain lazy. I will post every once in awhile if that happens!

Also, I have been thinking about discussing certain things that are not about me, so I can post some more.
